Where's my order?

If you have submitted an order, it could be proccessing still. Our team makes sure that all orders are fufilled and recognized, so don't worry; our team is fufilling your order as soon as possible.

How do I update or cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, simply email us at gameflipus@gmail.com, or submit a Order Cancellation/Update Form. This can be done by clicking here. If you would like to update your order, also submit a form by clicking on the link above.

How do I submit a trade-in form?

Sumbitting a trade-in form is a simple process. Simply click on the "Sell Your Games!" tab, and look under the "Submit a Form" tab. There you will see a button which you can then click on to submit an Official Trade-In Form. 

What do I do if my order is under review?

If your order has been under review for an extended period of time, please contact us at gameflipus@gmail.com. GameFlip makes sure that all customers orders are carefully processed and fulfilled. If your order still hasn’t arrived within a two week business day period, contact us one final time for a full refund or exchange for another title.

What if I receive a broken game?
GameFlip makes sure that our customers are provided with nothing but the highest of quality of video games. If you for some reason have received a faulty product, simply return it to us for either a full refund or exchange for another or the same title.
